Job Responsibilities:
帶領團隊負責ERP、SCM、CRM、HCM及BPM的開發及維護
1. Lead the development and continuous improvement of enterprise application platforms that support comprehensive business workflows, including supply and demand planning, order management, inventory control, financial reconciliation, compliance with business conduct rules, local payroll, and employee digital tools.
2. Spearhead the transition from legacy core systems—including AS400 DMS, OMS, IMS, and RMS—to modern, scalable solutions that align with the company's growth strategy.
3. Fully responsible for end-to-end development of enterprise application services, in collaboration with commercial shopping and digital service teams. This includes system architecture, software development, reliability engineering, and automated testing frameworks.
4. Manage development resources to efficiently handle service requests, ensuring adherence to technology service levels and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Provide technical consulting and integration development support to other technology teams.
5. Oversee team management responsibilities such as setting goals, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, identifying talent needs, and coaching team members for growth and development.
6. Drive the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for enterprise-facing platforms.
7. Supervise project teams, ensuring effective management of timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
8. Promote cross-functional collaboration with technology and business stakeholders to maximize impact and results.
9. Lead efforts to deeply understand platform business and technical characteristics, identify areas for optimization, and implement solutions using innovative thinking and industry best practices.
10. Design and implement monitoring mechanisms for key business and technical performance indicators, proactively addressing issues to ensure platform reliability and stability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or above. Computer Science related Background.
- 6+ years experience in development and technical management of Enterprise Facing Systems.
- 8+ years experiences in holistic enterprise platform strategy and development.
- 6+ years experiences in Technical Team Management.
- Familiar with business domains, ERP, SCM, BPM, CRM, HCM
- AOP in Enterprise Facing Platform and Budget TWD 10M+
- 3+ years in managing 8+ people with strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- 8+ years experiences in retail business platform development
- 6+ years experiences in system integration development through Data Interfaces and API.
- 6+ years experiences in agile working team
- Proven achievements in consistent system operations via data (Industry award is +)
- Proven experiences in data integration (webMethods, data streaming, CDC)
- Proven successful story in platform renovation.
- English in business communication level in must.
